How do I book an appointment?
Book online in under a minute, message us on WhatsApp, or call either branch. We confirm every booking by phone or WhatsApp.
Do I need a consultation first?
For injectables, laser, surgery and hair restoration, your first visit includes an assessment so the doctor can plan safely with you.
Can I choose my doctor?
Yes. Pick a practitioner when booking, or choose "First available" and we will match you.
Are female practitioners available?
Yes, including female specialists for hijama and laser.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp or call the branch at least 24 hours before your appointment.
What are your opening hours?
Sharjah: Saturday to Thursday 9am–10pm, Friday 10am–10pm. Dubai: every day 9am–10pm.
